Over 30 years of experience in the construction and engineering of structures. A professional history that includes time as a traditional structural designer, construction experience as a construction project engineer, and hands-on experience in the Carpenters Union and Laborers Union. I serve as a Project Manager, Design Engineer, and Principal Engineer for the design, approval, and construction of public funded projects, public and private school projects, commercial projects, and multi-family residential projects.
I have experience in the structural design and construction of small to large projects that vary in construction material types. I have provided 3-D software analysis, structural calculations, construction documents, project permitting, and construction administrative services for numerous complex structures. In addition to structural design, I have worked extensively in the field with inspectors, contractors, and building officials to successfully interpret building code regulations and solve field conditions that have arisen.
